A Licensed Contractor

Welcome. I am a concrete and masonry contractor, and work in the Bay Area and Sacramento. the problem i am having is getting under bid. I'm finding out that the under bidder is hiring workers that are not licensed or insured. so they don't have the over head I do. I wish the CSLB would do something about it. Home owners are also hiring people that dont even have a contractors license. Very frustrating.
